The Real Root of the Redistribution of Wealth: THE NEW AGE MOVEMENT

originally published in 2009.

The New Age idea of “sharing” is the redistribution of wealth and the end of capitalism and commercialism. Sharing based on justice means by rule of law whether you want to or not.

My job requires me to drive most of the day and it seems I’m always noticing businesses that are closing throughout the city in which I live. I’m still surprised every time I see a familiar staple of my city gone, seemingly overnight, even when I consider the economic times we are in. This isn’t the America I have known.

You have to try really hard to ignore the anti-capitalist speech we have been hearing from our leaders in government. You have to try even harder to ignore the policies being adopted that are meant to fix the problems we are having but instead serve to create an atmosphere hostile to economic growth and fly in the face of what experts say and what citizens of our country actually want. Ask yourself if these “fixes” are really working. How many times have you scratched your head over the illogical and irrational decisions our leaders have been making? It is time for us all to wake up and realize that the destruction of our economy is by design. In this article, I’m going to examine what I believe to be the real root of anti-capitalism and anti-commercialism for you so you will perhaps develop a better understanding of what’s really going on in the world today.

As always, the purpose of this ministry is to encourage believers and unbelievers alike to consider the actions of global organizations such as the United Nations in light of Holy Scripture so that a desire to know Jesus Christ might be sown and grown. It is my hope that by looking into these things, a sense of urgency within the Church about evangelizing will be unleashed and people will get as close as possible to the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings, Lord of lords and Warrior of warriors.

The Root of the Rising Anti-Capitalist Trend is the New Age Movement. What is the root of anti-capitalism? Is it Socialism? Is it Communism? What about fascism? I submit to you it isn’t any of these. All of these philosophies are branches of the same root. The root of anti-capitalism is the New Age Movement and it has been cleverly disguised as the idea of “sharing”.

New Age “Sharing” aka the Redistribution of Wealth. This organization, Share International, is at the forefront of the New Age Movement (NAM) and publicly claims to be bringing forth the New Age Christ which we will look at below. What you need to know is that all of the ideas coming from this organization are ideas that we hear coming from the mouths of those in positions of power whether they be our President, world leaders, political leaders, religious leaders or professors, et al. Share International is even reported to directly influence policy at the United Nations (see The Future Role of the United Nations and The United Nations Meditation Room). Some of these philosophies include human evolution, environmentalism, the dismantling of all nuclear power, the existence of extraterrestrial beings and so on. You can find it all in the NAM.

The one idea I want to focus on here is the New Age idea of sharing. Do you realize we are hearing about sharing in the media right now and have been for some time? Do you realize this idea has been shaping policy in our country and around the world at an accelerated rate? What could be bad about sharing you ask? It does sound noble until one realizes how New Agers define sharing. The New Age definition of sharing is the redistribution of wealth leading to the end of capitalism. Competition or commercialism is thought of as evil and the opposite of unity. Right now at the UN Copenhagen Conference on Climate Change 2009, our world leaders are attempting to redistribute wealth on a global scale by using the pseudoscience of “climate change” to pass a carbon tax on all the nations of the world. I wrote about it here: The United Nations of Psalm 2: The Great Hope of the New Age. If passed, the wealthier, developed nations will be plundered in order to give to the poorer nations of the world.

Here’s a quote by Benjamin Creme, founder of Share International:

“The competition which surrounds and controls everyone today is the very opposite of unity and trust.”

– Benjamin Creme

We’ll examine this individual later. This article from Share International states very clearly the great influence and hope that Share International and the New Age Movement has in the United Nations concerning the redistribution of wealth: The Future Role of the United Nations. Now take a look at some of the many other articles concerning commercialism on Share International’s web site. The titles themselves are amazing:

The list goes on. Do a search on Share International’s web site for “capitalism”, “commercialism” or “sharing”. You will be amazed at what you find. Realize, this is the way our leaders think! New Agers are careful not to separate their idea of “sharing” with their idea of “justice”. That’s because what they mean by “justice” is “sharing” by the rule of law whether you want to or not.

The “New” Age Religion is the Oldest Lie That Exists

Every kind of pseudo-science being pushed upon us today (e.g. evolution and global warming aka climate change) and every anti-God policy our government adopts has its roots in the NAM. I was surprised when I found out it was the root of anti-capitalism as well. But then, the New Age Religion was started by none other than Satan [Isaiah 14:12-14] and he is a spiritual being and the ruler of this world who disguises himself as an agent of good; an angel of light [2 Corinthians 4:4, John 12:31, John 14:30, John 16:11, Revelation 12:9]. These philosophies are not easily recognized as coming from the NAM because they are disguised with cloaks of scientific consensus, peer review and world peace.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

[Ephesians 6:12 NASB]

This religion was present at the first rebellion of Man against God in Eden when Satan deceived Eve into thinking she could be a god [Genesis 3:4-5]. This religion was the cause of Man’s first rebellion against God after the Flood as well when Nimrod was inspired to build Babel in an attempt to rule the people as one nation with one language and one religion [Genesis 10:8-12, Genesis 11:1-9]. It was in full force during Jesus’ ministry on earth and Satan himself tempted Jesus in the wilderness directly by offering Him all the kingdoms of the world if only Jesus would bow and worship him [Luke 4:5-8]. It then manifested itself as Gnosticism in the early church and was addressed in the Books of 1st John and 2nd John. It was later given the name “New Age” by Madame Blavatsky (who influenced Hitler) and Aleister Crowley. It is present now also while evil men are seeking to rule the world under the influence of the spirit of the Antichrist. We know the Antichrist will achieve world rule by the power of Satan [Revelation 13:4-7]. God truly does declare the end from the beginning [Isaiah 46:8-10]!

What is the result or the end goal of all this? A scientific dictatorship that believes humans are only animals (evolution) and a threat to the planet (environmentalism) making “population control” all the more acceptable (genocide). We’re already killing unborn children and it’s only a matter of time before our seniors are up before a review board for life extension hearings.

Benjamin Creme and the New Age Christ.  I won’t take a bullet for the following, but I feel it is my duty to bring this information to the attention of fellow believers.

The New Age Christ: Maitreya.  Maitreya is the name of the awaited New Age Christ. He is the Master of a group who call themselves the Ascended Masters who claim to be here from another planet to save us from ourselves and help us to reach the next level of our evolution. We’ve all heard this before. It has been a Hollywood theme for decades, go figure.

Maitreya has a mouth-piece who has been “preparing his way” for a long time now. His name is Benjamin Creme. He is Maitreya’s “false prophet” or “false John the Baptist” so to speak. Mr. Creme channels Maitreya’s spirit to bring the world his teachings.

Maitreya claims to be the Christ (Christianity), Messiah (Judaism), the fifth Buddha (Buddhism), Krishna (Hinduism), and the Imam Mahdi (Islam). How convenient that all the major religions of the world are expecting a savior to come or return.

Here’s what Maitreya has to say about sharing:

“My teaching is simple as you know: love, justice and correct sharing are necessary for man to live.”

– Maitreya

Ask yourself why it is important to link justice with “correct” sharing. It is because he is talking about the redistribution of wealth by rule of law whether you want to share or not. Again, sound familiar?

The Star Sign – to Be Seen Around the World. Maitreya claims his emergence will be ushered in by a star sign that will appear in the sky (I think it’s interesting that he uses the word “emergence” and now we have the Emergent/Emerging Church which is teaching a “new kind of spirituality”). His false prophet, Mr. Creme, says these star signs are actually four UFOs [a resemblance to Revelation 7:1-2 or Revelation 9:14-15?]. Interestingly enough, the UFO community has been buzzing with a plethora of sightings for a while now.

An interview with Grace to You’s John MacArthur:

Maitreya’s mission. The following was taken from the home page of the Share International web site. It is a description of Maitreya’s mission. I have added my own commentary in between each italicized paragraph.

“Many now expect the return of their awaited Teacher, whether they call him the Christ, Messiah, the fifth Buddha, Krishna, or the Imam Mahdi. Millions now know that the Teacher who fulfills all these expectations is already living among us.”

Like I said above, isn’t it convenient that all the major world religions are expecting either a savior or the return of a savior?

“Maitreya, the World Teacher, has not come alone, but with a group of wise Teachers who have long guided humanity from behind the scenes.”

These Ascended Masters of course claim to have seeded our planet with life and to have guided our evolution to where we are today.

“They are returning to the everyday world to help us solve our most critical global problems. Maitreya is not a religious leader, but an educator in the broadest sense.”

They have returned just in time to help save us from destroying our environment and destroying ourselves. When I reveal the root of environmentalism in the near future, God willing, you will understand why they are so interested in it. Maitreya is not a religious leader because, if he is the Antichrist, he will claim to be God and demand to be worshiped [Daniel 11:37].

“He is here to inspire us to create a new era based on sharing and justice, so that all may have the basic necessities of life: food, shelter, health care, and education.”

Again, the New Age idea of “sharing” is the redistribution of wealth and the end of capitalism and commercialism. Sharing based on justice means by rule of law whether you want to or not.

“His open mission in the world is about to begin. As Maitreya himself has said: ‘Soon, now very soon, you will see my face and hear my words.’”

He claims a major US news network has requested an interview which will be viewed all over the world shortly after a star sign appears. (Is it any wonder that our government was so interested and effective in making sure digital cable was available for everyone in the country when it can’t get it together on things that should really matter?) What’s interesting to note is that in addition to the rise in UFO sightings, there have also been asteroids and comets in the news recently including another that narrowly missed our planet.

Conclusion and Exhortation. Some of us, myself included, spend much of our time defending against individual absurdities such as evolution, etc. without realizing they are all linked. We need to focus our attention on the root in addition to the branches. The root is the New Age Movement and the seed is Satan [Genesis 3:15]. The NAM will help serve to usher in the one-world government. It is already doing so. If we cut down this world-view, the tree will fall and die. I’m not suggesting we physically rebel against the coming one-world government. What I mean is this. We have to:

Never compromise God’s Word.

AND

Actively lay the Axe to the root and “cut down the tree” in the lives of unbelievers by pointing them to Christ for their salvation.

Jesus Christ is the only way to life and the only way to escape the perils to come.

John 14:6 NASB Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Jesus Christ has already defeated Satan.

John 19:30 NASB Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.

Please, be in the Word and get close to Jesus Christ. Satan is defeated but there is one last battle to fight which lasts throughout the lives of every believer. Pay attention, do your own research if you feel led and read your Bible.

  1. Should you judge only by a name? Many have called themselves Christ, do you reject Christ because there have been false Christs? Many call themselves Maitreya, all with different teachings – do you judge them all by the name, or do you instead study each to see what they teach, what their claims to Prophethood are, and see if any are indeed the Prophet?

I also do not believe that the Maitreya Benjamin Creme represents is a true prophet. However, I do declare that the Christ is here, has returned as He said He would, and the spiritual name given to Him in this life is indeed Maitreya.

He has fulfilled Prophecies from all world religions and cultures, and brought a teaching that unifies all the religions of the world and for the first time shows clearly how all are from the same, One God, each sent as part of an overall Plan which is now coming to fruition. Maitreya’s teaching also unifies the West and the East, science and spirit, and shows how the two are not contradictory but complementary.

Do not take my word for it – I challenge you to study Maitreya’s literature, prophecies fulfilled, etc. and prove it to yourself that he is indeed the True Maitreya, the Prophet of God: http://www.maitreya.org

    • hey, thanks for stopping by. i know who Christ is by reading about Him in the Word of God. i do, in fact, study what others teach so i may know the difference and know what is truth and what isn’t in order to make a correct judgment.

i must ask you… if you believe Christ’s words about Him returning, why do you not also believe Christ when He describes the manner of His return?

So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
      [Mat 24:26-27 ESV]

Christ is not going to return to the earth without everyone knowing it, followers of His especially. it’s His promise so that there can be no confusion about who He is.

  2. Did you know that Rick Warren and Madame Blavatsky have similar ideas on how to take care of the “troublers” … they must “change or die”.
In Rick warrens case of course he said didnt quite mean it that way so he declared that if they didnt change or die quick enough just kick them out of the church if they didnt get with the program. The troublers will die out one way or another.

    • ya know, i really don’t know what to think about Rick Warren so i generally just stay away from him. i’ve heard people who i spiritually trust say good things about him and also bad. he’s just not someone i pay much attention to but i do feel like there’s a red flag in there somewhere.

What’s on your mind?
