An organization exists in the world today that is diligently seeking to govern the world’s population. This governing body is associated with many groups, one of which is called Building Global Democracy that has divided the world into 10 regions suggestive of Daniel 7:7. I wrote about it here: The World into 10. This same governing body has a meditation room which encourages the practice of New Age spirituality. See it here: The United Nations Meditation Room and the New Age Christ. As we await the one-world government and the rise of the Antichrist, I think these are things to take note of.

The purpose of this ministry is to encourage believers and unbelievers alike to consider the actions of global organizations such as the United Nations in light of Holy Scripture including Prophecy so that a desire to know Jesus Christ might be sown and grown. It is my hope that by looking into these things, a sense of urgency within the Church about evangelizing will be unleashed and people will get as close as possible to the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of kings, Lord of lords and Warrior of warriors.

Psalm 2. In this opening article, we will explore the role of the United Nations from the perspective of the New Age Movement (NAM) and the influence the NAM has on the UN. Let’s begin in Psalm 2 after which I named this ministry [P2ALM].

Psalm 2 reads: Why are the nations in an uproar and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us tear their fetters apart and cast away their cords from us!”

The word “fetters” in the above passage means shackles, chains or restraints. The motive behind the idea of moving forward into the “New” Age is the shedding of the “Old” Age as in the Judeo-Christian Worldview or the idea of an absolute truth and a moral accountability to an almighty God. In the above passage of Scripture, the rulers of the nations of the earth are uniting and taking counsel with one another to devise this very thing. But you know what?

He who sits in the heavens laughs, the Lord scoffs at them. Then He will speak to them in His anger and terrify them in His fury, saying, “But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.” “I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. ‘Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, and the very ends of the earth as Your possession. “’You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.’” Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; Take warning, O judges of the earth. Worship the LORD with reverence and rejoice with trembling. Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way, for His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!

Although our leaders are meeting right now in Copenhagen to devise a new order of the world and there may be trying times ahead, let us forever be encouraged that we know the Lord!

Copenhagen: United Nation’s Climate Change Conference 2009

An amazing thing is happening right now in Copenhagen at the United Nation’s Climate Change Conference 2009. The leaders of our world are taking council together in order to devise a way to bring about a world government. They hope to achieve this through the Copenhagen Treaty which will eventually enable cap and trade to be put into action and also a carbon tax based upon the perceived threat of climate change (cap and trade is, in simplest terms, the capping of CO2 emissions produced in developed countries by various industrial and energy-related activities). In the Copenhagen Treaty, there is a provision calling for a governing body which will have the power to directly intervene in the financial, economic, tax and environmental affairs of all nations that sign it. This is where the sovereignty of nations is forfeited. Those taxes are then to be given to the lesser developed nations to help in their “development”. If you haven’t thought it through, what this will do is eventually stifle the growth of the developed nations and bring them down to the same industrial level that it will assist the undeveloped nations to reach according to what the governing body deems appropriate. This is the redistribution of wealth on a global scale and the end of capitalism.

Catalyst for Control: The Theory of Man-Caused Climate Change.  The theory of man-caused climate change is being used to justify this redistribution of the world’s wealth in very much the same way the theory of human evolution is being used to justify a relative, societal morality apart from God. In both these theories, scientific consensus and peer review has replaced factual, observed data. In my opinion, this is one of the most significant news story since the creation of the world with the exception of the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ and here’s why…

The UN: The Great Hope of the New Age

The New Age Christ. There are many New Age organizations thriving in the UN, but there is only one promoting the emergence of the New Age Christ. This organization, Share International, is at the forefront of the NAM and they have been publicly announcing the emergence of the New Age Christ for some time (he has a name but I’m leaving it out of this article because I do not wish to promote it and because of the reality of spiritual warfare). The founder of Share International claims to channel the New Age Christ’s spirit to bring his messages to the world until the time of his emergence. The End of Capitalism and the Beginning of the Global Redistribution of Wealth. All throughout Share International’s web site, you’ll find article after article promoting and encouraging the end of capitalism to the point where competition or commercialism is thought of as evil and the opposite of unity. In this previously written and very interesting article entitled “The Future Role of the United Nations”, you’ll read about the New Age Christ declaring that he and his “spiritual co-workers”, as it says, designed the very political and economic plan that the UN hopes to enact. What is this political and economic plan? It’s called “sharing” otherwise known as the redistribution of wealth on a global scale.

Here are some excerpts from the article “The Future Role of the United Nations”.

(The New Age Christ) is focusing on the political and economic fields, where he inspires world leaders to implement policies that will lead to an equitable distribution of planetary resources.

(The New Age Christ) and his group of spiritual co-workers have designed a plan that is brilliant in its simplicity and insight. They visualize a world organization, administered by the United Nations, which will completely restructure our economic systems. Instead of the present system of domination by market forces which has led to the complete polarization of wealth, we will see an equitable distribution of planetary resources. Instead of a world in which the richest societies blindly ignore the total degradation of countless millions, we will see the greatest solicitude for human suffering.

The first step will be to insure every citizen of the earth the simple necessities of life–food, housing, health care and education. To achieve this action we must transform the political and economic institutions which hamper its manifestation.

Thus will the hearts of humankind everywhere be opened, for as (The New Age Christ) says, it is only “when man discovers in himself the ability to share, to love, to trust, from that moment begins his ascent to God.”

(The New Age Christ says) “When you share, you recognise God in your brother.”

“My plan is to release into the world my simple teaching of truth:

that men are one, brothers all;

that God loves all men equally;

that nature provides the sustenance for everyone to share;

that, coming as I do from mankind’s past,

I know the answers to man’s dilemma.

I shall show you the simple ways of change, of correctly relating

one to another, of correctly manifesting the will of God.”

The New Age Christ, as they claim, that is being channeled and promoted by this organization is stating that the one-world political and economic system is synonymous with the one-world religious system. Did you catch that? The political and economic idea of “sharing” (or the redistribution of wealth) is synonymous with the New Age Religion. This is why I believe what happens at the Climate Change Conference 2009 in Copenhagen is so important whether the treaty is ratified or not. For these reasons also, I believe Share International is the main influence on policy-making within the UN. Is it any stretch to think the United Nations, its people and its policies are under the influence of the New Age Movement which in essence is the spirit of the antichrist? I submit to you that the Copenhagen Treaty, if passed, will be the beginning of a one-world government and a one-world religious system defined by the New Age idea of “sharing”. I also believe the “spiritual being” that is promoted by Share International as the New Age Christ is as good as any other considerations for the identity of the Antichrist. What he will look like or what his human name will be is quite another matter and is left to speculation.

Notice, New Agers are careful not to separate “sharing” from their idea of “justice”. That is because what they mean by “justice” is “sharing” by the rule of law whether you want to or not.

Conclusion and Exhortation

I encourage you not to take my word for it concerning these things but to research these things yourself. Know that God is in control and that Jesus Christ has already defeated Satan [John 19:30]. There is only one last battle to fight which lasts throughout the lifetime of every believer and for that battle, we know we are conquerors in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:35-37 NASB Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (36) Just as it is written, “FOR YOUR SAKE WE ARE BEING PUT TO DEATH ALL DAY LONG; WE WERE CONSIDERED AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED.” (37) But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.

Christ’s return is closer than it has ever been so go and share!
