A reason for the Tribulation and the “Religion of Peace” as the instrument

Severe Persecution =  Church Explosion!

I started this ministry out of a concern for the free West, Christians who are in prophetic denial and unsaved people. The Church in America needs to wake up and start reading and teaching prophecy. It is unfolding right before us and it has everything to do with the current trend of Islamic migration we are witnessing to every part of the world.

Just a little while ago, I read a book by Alan Hirsch entitled The Forgotten Ways. It was written because the Church here in America, and around the world, has lost its effectiveness in reaching people. He calls us to abandon the Constantine model of church growth and again turn to our roots as in the days of the Book of Acts and relearn how they planted churches and reached people.

I have to ask, is anybody listening? It seems there are only a few.

Why will God allow the Tribulation? I believe one of the reasons God will allow His Church to endure the Tribulation is because, as a whole, we are not listening, because the Church has lost its effectiveness, because we have become complacent with a great many things, politics included. We have a type of luxurious Christianity here in America. We don’t face the persecution Christians do in other countries and so we can be lazy in our walk, or maybe have no walk at all.

When the Church tarried in Jerusalem instead of  spreading out into Judea and Samaria [Acts 1:8], He scattered them by allowing the murder of Stephen and the persecution that followed [Acts 8:1]. Paul, or Saul, was one of His instruments.

And, just look at China. Severe persecution = Church explosion!

Our complacency, I believe, is one reason for the Tribulation to come. And, by the way, that’s Tribulation not wrath. These are two different things. No believer will ever suffer God’s wrath.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him.
[Romans 5:8-9 NASB]

So, what does this have to do with Islam? Islam is the false religion of Satan. It is the religion that will produce the Antichrist. Prophecy tells us this very thing (see The Antichrist: European Aristocrat or Middle-Eastern Muslim? Part 1 )

God will use it to get His Church moving and if we are not diligent about our Christian freedoms here in America (which includes the freedom to share Christ), we will soon be seeing things like this in our cities and towns.

Coming soon…

These are being hung in the borough of Waltham Forest in northeast Britain by a group called Muslims Against Crusades.

Here’s another.

…to a neighborhood near you.

If we do not become wise to the true intentions of Islam, a great many Christians will needlessly suffer and a great many people will never come to a saving faith in Christ.

The following excerpt from this article states the intentions of the organization, Muslims Against Crusades.

Citing injunctions from the Qur’an and other Islamic texts, it says Muslims in Britain must, among other things:

– reject democracy
– not have non-Muslim friends
– not celebrate non-Muslim festivals including Christmas and Easter
– not join the police or armed forces
– not vote for lawmakers, or stand for election
– demand the release of “all Muslim prisoners in the hands of the disbelievers”
– reject integration with non-Islamic society
– abide by shari’a and not any “man-made law”

“A Muslim must believe that all Christians or Jews will be destined for the hellfire and that only Muslims will be eligible to go to paradise,” the pamphlet says in an entry on why Muslims must reject interfaith activity.

“Any Muslim who opposes any policy in this pamphlet should be confronted.”

Barnabas Fund, a British charity that supports vulnerable Christians in Islamic societies, warned on Thursday that the proposals contained in Choudary’s document “would be a first step towards the creation of a separate state within a state.”

Where do they come up with these kinds of things? They get them from the Quran. This is what Islam teaches. When they use the phrase “religion of peace”, they mean “peace” when everyone is under Sharia Law. That’s what religion of peace means. And even then, it is not peaceful as demonstrated by the millions of people throughout the world living out the precepts of the Quran. Only a religion of violence and hatred has to assert itself as a religion of peace.

He who conceals hatred has lying lips…
[Proverbs 10:18a NASB]

Please wake up and get close to Christ. He is the only way you can escape eternal death and unnecessary suffering in the time to come.

  1. Yes some are listening…Yes a book of Acts Church absolutely, Christ told us we would do like Him and more and in my local church we believe and do as Jesus said and did. We will go through the tribulation, God has never taken His people out, He has always taken them through, and they come out stronger. I do not believe there will be a rapture to take His church out of this world. I am raptured to Christ each day. Rather He will take us through the tribulation, much like He took his people through the wilderness, with His miracles, power and might. I like that discription as a Book of Acts Church, that is exactly how I would discribe the little church that I belong to….Present Truth Ministries, Ocala, Florida…Serving Christ and His Kingdom on Earth…amen…blessings…richard

    • excellent, Richard! that’s good to hear! i would describe my church the same way, also. real people living out the perfection of Christ, imperfectly. i am always encouraged to hear that from others like yourself. and yes, another reason for the Tribulation will be to refine His Church [Dan 11:35].

And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
      [Romans 5:3-5 NASB]

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
      [James 1:2-4 NASB]
