How former Muslim, Faisal, found Jesus and his message to Muslims

05.28.2012

Part 1

“No. These are My children.”

Part 2

“I love you, son.”

Faisal: “You see, revelation is like life entering into the heart of man. Light is illumination of that revelation of life in the heart, coming into our understanding, coming into our mind. That’s why this gentleman by the name of John once spoke about Jesus and said that in Him was life and He was the Light of men.”

Muslim street preacher in London gets Catholic to convert to Islam

05.24.2012

What follows is a short video of a Muslim street preacher converting a self-proclaimed Catholic to Islam. Have a look and then I want to call your attention to the question the preacher asks the man at the very beginning.

At the very beginning of the video, the Muslim preacher asks the man this question:

“Do you believe Jesus is God or do you believe Jesus was sent by God?”

By asking this question, the preacher creates a dichotomy within a Christian doctrine where none exists: Jesus was either God or sent by God. He gives the man a false, either-or choice of an answer. It is false because Christianity teaches Jesus is God and was also sent by God.

This is called the fallacy of bifurcation.

The fallacy of bifurcation is committed when two propositions are presented as if they were mutually exclusive and the only two possibilities, when in fact they are not. For example, “Either the traffic light is red or it is green” commits the fallacy of bifurcation because a third possibility exists: the light may be yellow. Red and green are contrary but not contradictory positions. Alternatively, it may be that the two positions are fully compatible – they can both be true. “Either Bob will go into the ministry or he will move to Kansas.” Since it is perfectly possible for Bob to do both of these things, the argument commits the fallacy of bifurcation. This fallacy is also called a “false dilemma” and “the either-or fallacy” (Lisle 112).

It’s important to note that this whole exchange stems from this logical fallacy and, therefore, whatever conclusion results from it has to be false. And what does the man conclude? He concludes that Mohammad is the prophet of God. He then becomes a Muslim.

I would also point out that the Muslim preacher uses well-known Bible characters and throws Mohammad into the mix in an attempt to establish Mohammad’s validity as a prophet of God. Nevermind each of the characters he names from the Bible prophesied about Jesus as the Son of God and Savior of the world not Mohammad, not Isa (the Muslim Jesus), not the Imam  Mahdi (the Biblical Antichrist) – all characters relevant to Islamic literature.

Early in the video, when the preacher thinks that the man may become a Muslim, he says this:

“You need to say some words and become Muslim.”

This is textbook, man-made, works-based religion. Man-made religions all teach one thing in common: you can work or earn your way to God by your words and actions. They are based upon performance.

Well, I have a question. The man messes up a couple of the Arabic words he is asked to repeat. Does this mean he is not really a Muslim? What if the man does not get the correct dialect or accent? Does he still become a Muslim? Sound ridiculous to you? I don’t think it is all.

As the original article points out:

“The bad news for Damian is that if he decides to recant, he’s an instant apostate guilty of a sin worthy of death. At the 5:30 mark, Damian’s innocent daughter ironically jumps into his arms right before he takes the plunge, which means she does as well.”

A cry from Egypt for a new Islamic Caliphate with Jerusalem as its Capital

05.20.2012

The Muslim Brotherhood has a new candidate in the Egyptian Presidential race, Muhammad Mursi. Mursi is calling for a revived Islamic Caliphate with Jerusalem as its capital.

Here are the “excerpts from an address made by Egyptian cleric Safwat Higazi at a rally in which he launched the presidential elections campaign for candidate Muslim Brotherhood candidate Muhammad Mursi.” The transcript was translated into English by MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute).

Why is this important? In Daniel 11, the geographic area of the king of the south is identified from history as the Ptolemic Empire. Today it would encompass Egypt. Daniel says, at the time of the end, after the Antichrist makes his appearance, the king of the south will once again war with the king of the north [11:40]. The geographic area of this north kingdom is identified from history as the Seleucid Empire. Today, it would encompass Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Turkey and a few other countries.

These empires take their names from 2 of the 4 generals who divided up the Greek Empire upon the death of Alexander the Great – Seleucus and Ptolemy.

“After this I kept looking, and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.
[Daniel 7:6 NASB]

Then the male goat [Greece] magnified himself exceedingly. But as soon as he was mighty, the large horn [Alexander] was broken; and in its place there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.
[Daniel 8:8 NASB]

Daniel 11, switching from a near to a far fulfillment of prophecy around verses 31 – 40, goes on to name the coming Antichrist as king of this north kingdom [11:40].

Now, if you’ve been following this ministry or paying attention to the news, you’ll know that most of the Middle East is looking to Turkey to revive the Islamic Caliphate. Though the MSM won’t report on it, news about it is not hard to find.

Turkey is the area to watch and students of Bible Prophecy are beginning to catch on. The Lord is shaking up the Middle East into the kingdoms of the north and the south with the so-called Arab Spring. Eyes are being turned away from a revived Roman Empire to a revived Islamic Caliphate, the true, 7th Biblical world kingdom; an idea that Scripture supports leaving little to no room for speculation and scriptural shape-shifting as does the popular Roman Empire, European Antichrist, NWO interpretation of end-time events.

If you remain unconvinced or you are new to the idea of an Islamic Antichrist, you are encouraged to start here:

Honing In on Humanism

05.20.2012

At Babel, man, in his proud arrogance, decided to grab his future for himself according to his own rules. Consider this, when man puts his future in his own hands it is called humanism, a term we are familiar with today, which teaches that man is all and man is good.

By default humanism is in opposition to God [Rom 1:25; Jam 4:4-6]. Who, then, does this leave as God? Man. It is a religion based upon the presupposition of the non-existence of the supernatural.

Humanism denies the existence of the One it is seeking to usurp as though He is already dead. What this truly means is that the foundation of Humanism is the very real existence of God! Secular origins science fits into this category, which is why it can never arrive at any kind of truth about origins. Humanism stems from the Genesis 3:5 lie. It is the root of it all and no matter what label Man attaches to his Godless beliefs, it all starts at the same place, back in the Garden.

Obama Administration Supports Turkish Caliphate

05.18.2012

Read about Bible Prophecy being fulfilled in an excellent article by Joel Richardson. This is the next prophetic event we should be watching for.

>> Obama Administration Supports Turkish Caliphate

Actually, we are witnessing a prophetic event right now with the so-called Arab Spring. God is shaking up the Middle East for the formation of the Antichrist’s kingdom.

Daniel 11 gives us the geographic location of the Antichrist’s rise to power. The kingdom to be revived is an Islamic Caliphate, not Rome. The man from this area who rises to power and makes peace between Israel and the Middle Eastern gentiles will be the one to watch as the candidate for the biblical Antichrist.
