Answering Reader Questions: Daniel 2, 7 & 11

02.17.2013

A reader posed these very good questions/comments on my website. I’ve decided to address them in a blog post because I‘m sure these are questions others have, as well.

The reader’s questions are emboldened and comments are in regular type. My responses are in orange.

The reader writes (edited):

What I’m still trying to sort out has nothing to do with thinking antichrist will arise from Rome, or the Vatican, or be an atheistic Western dictator. Prior to writing you, I was already convinced of an Islamofascist antichrist…

What’s puzzling me relates to whether the Daniel 2 and Daniel 7 visions are indeed the same. And even a question that Daniel 7 might possibly refer to 4 contemporaneous global powers during antichrist’s domination. May I offer a few questions for discussion? (more…)

The only “2012″ you need to be concerned with…

12.14.2012

2012Do you find yourself camping out in the New Age Spirituality section at the bookstore? Do you like exploring the ever-expanding tapestry of made-to-order spiritual wisdom? Right now, the popular topic is about how this year, particularly the month of December, will be the beginning of the next stage of our spiritual evolution and what you must do to take that step. Have you ever stopped to consider how our spirits can evolve when human evolutionary theory is based upon the assumption that we don’t have any… that there is only nature not supernature. New Ager, doesn’t that raise a red flag for you?

Do you believe in a universal cosmic conscience to which we all belong? I submit to you that you are right to feel like there is except this “conscience” made the universe and is way more personal because it is God and He wants to have a personal relationship with you. What you are feeling is that innate sense God built into you that, yes, He does indeed exist! Don’t let self-prescribed spiritual gurus with their self-defeating “wisdom” take that opportunity away from you.

Revelation 20:12

With all of this hype and misinformation floating around about December 21, 2012, I wanted to be sure to tell you that the only “2012″ you need to be concerned with is Revelation 20:12.

And I saw the dead, the small and the great, stand before God. And books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

[Revelation 20:12]

It’s important for you to know that if you find yourself standing in this line, it’s too late.

You can avoid being there by humbling yourself and accepting what you already know to be true – that Jesus Christ is Lord, forgiver of sins and Savior as He claims to be.

True spiritual enlightenment. In reality, the New Age “enlightenment” you are learning about is nothing but the darkest darkness [Acts 26:18, Mat 6:22-23]. This is why Jesus sends those of us who follow Him out,

to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
[Acts 26:18 ESV]

Christ is the only true Light of the World and as a follower of Christ, you can share that same Light [John 8:12, 9:5, Matt 5:14].

Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
[John 8:12 ESV]

This is true enlightenment, the opening of our eyes to the truth of our standing before God and how so desperately we need the Salvation of His Son, Jesus Christ. Only a loving God would do something like this.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.”

[John 3:16-21 ESV]

Now please understand this may be the only chance you have to hear the Gospel and learn the truth of your standing before God and what you must do for Salvation and eternal life. If you go on from here and turn your back on Christ because you are expecting something to happen in December of 2012, I’m sure that Satan won’t disappoint you.

The Mayan Calendar: Precise Mathematical Calculations Based On Advanced Astronomical Observations Do Not Qualify As Prophecy

12.09.2012

Universum - C. Flammarion, Holzschnitt, Paris 1888, Kolorit : Heikenwaelder Hugo, Wien 1998It’s December of 2012, the month many believe will be humanity’s last. The foundation for this belief comes from what many are calling the Mayan Prophecy. First, I want to show you what the Bible says about the end of the world in order to give you a solid grounding in truth and then we’ll do a little examination of the Mayan Prophecy.

THE END OF THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GOD

According to the Bible, from any given day we have at least 1,007 years until God destroys the earth and brings us a new heaven and a new earth. This 1,007 year countdown won’t begin until the Antichrist appears.

Where do I get this?

The Antichrist arrives on the world scene by initiating a peace treaty between Israel and the surrounding Muslim nations. This is the beginning of the 7 years of the Tribulation.

“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolate, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”

[Daniel 9:27 NASB]

A biblical week can be days or years. This is a week of years.

At the end of the 7 years, Christ returns, destroys the Antichrist and sets up His kingdom on the earth. He reigns on the earth for 1,000 years [Revelation 20].

After the thousand year reign of Christ, God introduces the New Heaven, the New Earth and the New Jerusalem [Revelation 21].

Since we don’t know what day the Antichrist will step up into power that allows us to say from any given day we have at least 1,007 years until God destroys the earth to bring in the new heaven and the new earth.

Review: The Bible tells us there will be a 7 year tribulation starting when the Antichrist makes a peace treaty with Israel [Daniel 9:27]. At the end of his 7 year reign, Christ will defeat him in the final battle [Revelation 16:13-16, 19:11-21]. After this, Jesus Christ will reign physically on the earth for 1,000 years [Revelation 20]. At the end of this time, the earth and the heavens will be destroyed [Revelation 20:11] and the new heaven and the new earth will be revealed [Revelation 21].

THE MAYAN CALENDAR

The Mayan calendar is based on the idea that time is cyclical by an observable phenomenon called the Precession of the Equinoxes. This is referring to the apparent precession of the zodiac through the sky from our vantage point on earth due to the earth’s wobbling on its axis. It would take 26,000 years for the zodiac to rotate around in the sky one time. I say “would” because we can know from the Bible that the Universe is only a little more than 6,000 years old. Yet, the Mayan calendar, based upon this 26,000 year cycle, would have us believe the earth is much older by maintaining that this cycle repeats itself and has eternally done so. This, of course, plays into the commonly held belief that the Universe is eternal (you see, we can have an eternal Universe, but not an eternal God as its Creator).  The calendar is based on the observable and mathematical (designed) “movement” of the stars and so it becomes possible to extrapolate backwards into eternity.  And of course, the modern evolutionary interpretation of the millions and billions of years of history allows for that.  Remember, just because it’s mathematically possible to trace star movements eternally into the past does not mean that there was an eternal past.

I’m being somewhat simple about the Precession of the Equinoxes on purpose so here’s and in-depth explanation of what it is.

And here are some links about the Mayan Calendar:

THE MAYAN PROPHECY

Knowing this, we can say that calling the Mayan calendar “prophecy” is misleading. Precise mathematical calculations based on advanced astronomical observations do not qualify as prophecy. Furthermore and most importantly, the calendar wasn’t inspired by God, the source of true prophecy.

For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

[2 Peter 1:21 ESV]

This advanced astronomical science that the Mayans as well as many other people groups around the world knew only serves to prove the story of the Tower of Babel as accurate history from where all of this knowledge came [Gen 10, 11]. This is also why we see such a similarity in myths (which became religions) and megalithic structures across various cultures. And also why almost every ancient culture has a world-wide flood story.

THE SPIRITUAL SHIFT

There are also those who don’t believe the earth will be physically destroyed on December 21, 2012 but that humanity will enter into the next stage of its spiritual evolution – that a spiritual shift unto enlightenment will take place. Though incorrect (unless you count a shift further into darkness), this is a bit harder to personally refute with an individual because it is based on their perception of reality which is already distorted. I can imagine hearing conversations like this on December 21st:

Enlightened Human 1: “It’s 11:11! Do you feel it?”

Enlightened Human 2: “Feel what?”

Enlightened Human 1: “The spiritual shift taking place.”

Enlightened Human 2: “Uhhh, yeah! I think I do!”

It is here where I have to point out the logical flaw in believing that humanity will ever evolve spiritually (as if human evolution is real to begin with). Human evolutionary theory is based upon the presupposition of the non-existence of the supernatural. That means, according to evolutionary theory, we have no souls or spirits. We are natural material only. Big problem. Anyone who has ever talked to an ardent evolutionist for any length of time knows this.

It’s a shame those that adhere to this belief don’t take the time to think it through.

A good question I like to ask “spiritual” people is when did the soul evolve and for that matter why? Of course, if they haven’t thought it through this far already, they most likely won’t care.  And, in this celebrated age of unprecedented open-mindedness, I find this to be a very sad thing.

From the Arab Spring to Daniel 11′s Kings: What to Look For Next

11.19.2012

One of the most important end-time, prophetic passages in all of Scripture is Daniel 11. As history has traversed through this chapter, we are now in the foothills of 11:40.

Upon the sudden death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC, four of his generals rose to power and broke up his kingdom into four regions [Daniel 7:6, 8:8]. Daniel 11 highlights the exploits of two of these four kingdoms. Daniel names them the King of the North and the King of the South and, consequently, keeps our focus on the Middle East.

Originally, these two kings were Seleucus in the north and Ptolemy in the south. Here’s an illustration of the geographic area of their rule:

Seleucid and Ptolemic Empire 200 BC

Seleucus’ empire included modern-day Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Iran and Iraq. Ptolemy’s empire included Egypt, Libya and Sudan.

After taking us through a couple hundred years of military conflict between these two kings and their progeny (which is now history to us), there’s a pause while Daniel 11′s prophecy switches to our yet-to-be future. And it’s here, in 11:40, where Daniel names the future Antichrist as the king of this north kingdom. He writes,

“At the end time (the yet-to-be future) the king of the South will collide with him (the Antichrist), and the king of the North (the Antichrist) will storm against him (the king of the south) with chariots, with horsemen and with many ships; and he will enter countries, overflow them and pass through.” [Daniel 11:40 NASB]

*parentheses added by me for clarification

Read the entire chapter. A good study Bible will identify these areas for you.

From the Arab Spring to Daniel 11′s Kings

God has been shaking up the Middle East with the so-called Arab Spring and these two kingdoms are now reforming.

Despite what we’re being told by the mainstream news media, the nations involved in the current Islamic uprising are being overrun by Sharia, not western democracy.

The end result will be the formation of a revived Islamic Kingdom – the Antichrist’s kingdom. Both Egypt and Turkey believe they should lead this kingdom, or Caliphate. This tension will only increase and will result in military action between the two as Daniel 11:40 says.

The King of the South

If Egypt is indeed the King of the South, we would expect to once again see it reunite in some way with Libya and Sudan to form this south kingdom.

Just recently, leadership in Egypt has made a statement concerning a wish to implement Sharia law and unify northern Africa.

“In the absence of direct American influence, Egypt can affect and lead the process of building a democratic and constitutional regime that will become a dream for African and the southern hemisphere.”

Nevermind it says “democratic” and “constitutional”. As anyone can find out, the Muslim Brotherhood is a strong proponent of Islam and Sharia law.

Why this ambition? Because Egypt, in many ways the cultural center of the Islamic world, believes it should be the leader of the revived Islamic Caliphate.

This is the King of the South in Daniel 11.

The King of the North

In recent years, Turkey’s government has been shifting away from secular rule to Islamic rule. Turkey, also, believes it should lead the revived Islamic Caliphate and is more  militarily in the position to do so than Egypt.

Likewise, if Turkey is indeed the King of the North, we would expect to once again see it reunite in some way with Syria, Lebanon, Iran and Iraq to form this north kingdom.

And with the unrest in Syria, we’re hearing of reports of the Turkish military building up forces on the Syrian border (cnn) and Syrian fighting spilling over into Lebanon (bbc). Military action is one way in which this might happen.

This is the King of the North in Daniel 11.

The King of the North will eventually come south

Now that we’ve identified the players, let’s return to the future military conflict between these two kings starting in Daniel 11:40. The man who leads this campaign, the King of the North, will be the Antichrist. Let’s walk through the text:

Daniel 11:40-45 ESV  “At the time of the end, the king of the south shall attack him, but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through.  [41]  He shall come into the glorious land. And tens of thousands shall fall, but these shall be delivered out of his hand: Edom and Moab and the main part of the Ammonites.

The Antichrist, at some time during his southern campaign into Egypt, will then invade Israel – “the glorious land”. The land that will be kept from his invasion, Edom, Moab and the Ammonites, is modern-day Jordan. Jordan is being considered by many as the refuge in the desert God gives to Israel during this time [Matthew 24:15-20; Revelation 12:6].

[42]  He shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape.  [43]  He shall become ruler of the treasures of gold and of silver, and all the precious things of Egypt, and the Libyans and the Cushites shall follow in his train.

Here, Libya is directly mentioned and so are the Cushites. Our Bibles often translate Cush as Ethiopia, but history shows that ancient Cush is modern-day Sudan (wikipedia).

[44]  But news from the east and the north shall alarm him, and he shall go out with great fury to destroy and devote many to destruction.

Because this verse mentions “news from the east and north”, it’s here where many are tempted to believe that Bible prophecy predicts an invasion of the Middle East from Russia, China or both. Though these forces may be players at some time, I do not believe the Bible prophesies about them. For an example of my reasoning, let’s consider Ezekiel 39:2 when it says “And I will turn you (The Antichrist) about and drive you forward, and bring you up from the uttermost parts of the north, and lead you against the mountains of Israel.” Since Daniel names the Antichrist as the King of the North and identifies the geographic location of this north kingdom as Turkey et al, the “uttermost parts of the north” is simply referring to the northernmost parts of this north kingdom – the northernmost parts of Turkey. Again, this doesn’t mean Russia won’t someday attempt to invade the Middle East, but this does mean that Bible prophecy doesn’t say it will. It’s the same with China. There are many Islamic nations to the east of Israel before we get to China. See also Ezekiel 38:6 & 38:14-16.

Let’s continue:

[45]  And he shall pitch his palatial tents between the sea and the glorious holy mountain. Yet he shall come to his end, with none to help him.

After invading Israel, The Antichrist will make his headquarters between the Mediterranean Sea and Mount Zion. It is here where Christ defeats Him upon His return.

The subduing of the three

Because we know the Antichrist will defeat this south kingdom, many people believe these three nations, Egypt, Libya and Sudan, are the three subdued kings from Daniel 7:24.

As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will subdue three kings. [Daniel 7:24  NASB]

This verse is telling us that this ten-nation kingdom will first be formed before the Antichrist rules. This is what we are watching take place now. This kingdom will form and then the Antichrist will seize it. At some point afterward, he will lead a southern military campaign against Egypt, Libya and Sudan for exclusive control of the Caliphate.

Let me lay it out for you:

  1. Daniel’s 11′s north and south kingdoms are being reformed right now as a result of the Arab Spring
  2. Ten nations will eventually emerge from all this as the powerbase for a revived Islamic Caliphate
  3. The Antichrist will arrive on the scene, defeat three kings and seize the Caliphate
  4. Afterward, he will invade Israel
  5. Christ will return to defeat him

Consider, it is also possible that this invasion of Egypt will serve another purpose. As we learned above, Egypt has already expressed its desire to rule the Caliphate from Jerusalem. By defeating this King of the South, perhaps the Antichrist will emerge as Israel’s great protector filling the void being left by the United States and lulling them into a false sense of security for the first three and a half years of the Tribulation [Daniel 9:27].

What are the implications of Daniel’s prophecy?

Scripturally speaking… doctrinally speaking… it means we can STOP looking in Europe for the Antichrist. It means the next event on the prophetic calendar is NOT the rapture but the revival of the north and south kingdoms from Daniel 11 leading to the ten-nation kingdom of the Antichrist. It means Babylon is NOT Rome, the Vatican or America, the United Nations or the West but the geographic region that actually bears its name – the Middle East.

All of the secular analysis of the events of the Middle East and the world quite simply lacks the eternal perspective that only God’s Word can give. Even most Christian analysis doesn’t recognize the severity of the concern. Why? Because most Christians are still looking in Europe for a revived Roman Empire. American politics, the coming financial collapse, the United Nations’ Agenda 21, the spread of the “Religion of Peace”, the New World Order, the growing hatred of Israel, the beginning of tyranny in America, Benghazi… these are all symptoms of the greater truth which is widely unrecognized.

Please challenge your friends and family with this information. I believe knowing these things and recognizing them for what they are – recognizing Islam for what it is – will awaken a desire for Christians to be spiritually prepared for the future and will greatly reduce the amount of suffering many Christians might endure. It will also help you in your preparation for sharing Christ with Muslims if you ever get the chance, which seems increasingly likely. Remember, “Muslim” is only the name given to someone who is under the influence of Islam, and God desires all men to be saved.

This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. [1 Timothy 2:3-4 ESV]

The Eternal Perspective of the Assassination of Ambassador John Christopher Stevens

09.13.2012

On the day very day Americans are remembering one of the most terrible events in history, Islam has given us something else to remember.

Those who were assassinated in Libya include: John Christopher Stevens, US Ambassador to Libya, Sean Smith, a Foreign Service information management officer, and two other U.S. personnel, names not released.

Here’s a screenshot of a famous news web site from yesterday. Click on the image to zoom and read the horrific headlines so you can understand the true intentions of Islam toward the West:

9/11 Embassy Attacks

Also, in Cairo, several men climbed the US Embassy walls and tore down the American flag. In its place was hung a black Islamic flag which reads “There is no God but Allah and Mohammed is his messenger” in white letters. The flag was affixed to a ladder.

THE ETERNAL PERSPECTIVE

Do you still have doubt about the intentions of Islam? Are you still believing it is a religion of peace? Do you still think it poses no real threat here in our own country? Do you really believe the so-called Arab Spring will bring democracy to the Middle East?

Wake up!

The importance of what’s happening is so far beyond the secular analysis we are exposed to. Even most Christian talk radio misses the significance of these events.

What’s happening in the Middle East was prophesied thousands of years ago all throughout the Old Testament.

We are awaiting a final, revived kingdom which the Antichrist will eventually step up to rule [Daniel 7:8, 24]. That kingdom is being formed right now in the Middle East.

Daniel names the Antichrist as the King of the North in chapter 11.

This North Kingdom was the ancient Seleucid (or Syrian) Empire.

Seleucid and Ptolemic Empire 200 BC

God is shaking up the Middle East right now and it is being reformed.

The next event on the prophetic timeline is the eventual union of the 10-nation kingdom which the Antichrist will eventually step up to rule. He will then make a peace treaty between Israel and the surrounding Islamic nations seeking her destruction. This is what we are to be watching for.

Shortly after, Christ will return as the Omnipotent Battlelord to end totalitarianism and usher in an age of peace.

He is humanity’s only salvation! Do you know Him?

11 Years After 9/11 and Islam Is Thriving. Do You Know Why?

09.09.2012

Occasionally, during my childhood, I would hear people of older generations talk about where they were when John F. Kennedy was shot.

I remember my grandmother talking about it.

I remember my mother talking about it.

I didn’t quite understand why it was such an imprinted event for them. I wasn’t alive then and I didn’t really know who JFK was. I didn’t know the state of our country at that time and his effect and impact upon it. That was 1963.

Fast forward 38 years later to September 11, 2001. Now I know exactly what they meant.

I remember September 11, 2001.

Twin Towers - 2nd Plane Hit

I remember exactly what I was doing when those planes crashed into the twin towers. I was on the phone trying to patch up a friendship when my friend, who already wasn’t that interested in talking, said to me,

“Well, I gotta go. A plane just crashed into a building in New York or something.”

I turned on the news in time to see the second plane slam into the World Trade Center.

So very sad. It tugs at my heart even now and I have a hard time not shedding a tear when I watch the videos of that day.

There were people in those planes. There were people in those buildings.

The reality? Islamic terrorists, acting on the fundamentals of their religion, flew airplanes into buildings in New York City and Washington, DC (and don’t forget Flight 93) and 11 years later, Islam has grown by 67% (1,000,000 new converts) in our country since September 11, 2001. Why? The number of U.S. mosques has increased by 74% (by nearly 1,000) since 2000. Why?

Why the attraction to such a hate-filled religion? How can this be with such an in-your-face example of what Islam teaches right here in our own country?

Does anyone have a good explanation as to why this is happening?

Does anyone have a good explanation as to why Islam has received privileged treatment in our country and around the world? Does anyone have a good explanation as to why our leaders are doing everything they can to accommodate and encourage the growth of Islam even to the extent of trampling on our own, God-given, Constitutional rights and freedoms?

I have an explanation. But first, I want to show you what’s really been going on since 9/11.

Did you know that some areas of the UK are considered off limits to non-Muslims?

Ride along with Tommy Robinson through his hometown of Luton and see for yourself:

Were you even aware this was happening in the UK? But then, how can you be if your only source of information comes from the evening news. Watch these things and ask yourself why you don’t know about them. Ask yourself why our news media refuses to report on them. Ask yourself why you’re not being told.

What happens in the UK will happen here. It already is. They’re just a bit further along.

Did you know about Dearborn, Michigan? It’s affectionately known as Dearbornistan.

A Lebanese Christian explains what it’s like living in Dearborn and where he sees the area is headed over the next few years:

Did you know about the paramilitary training happening in Holy Islamville, South Carolina?

Holy Islamville: Paramilitary Training in America’s Backyard

Did you know about the 22 other places in our country like this one?

Did you know that the New York City Police Department used this very informative video made by a self-proclaimed moderate Muslim to train its personnel about the dangers of Islam?

THE THIRD JIHAD: Radical Islam’s Vision for America

Go to the web site and read about the film.

Ironically, the NYPD caved into the very pressure tactics used by Islamists that the video speaks of and stopped showing it. Amazing!

I want to hear what your explanation of why Islam is being given a free pass is because, you see, I have one. I believe the Bible prophesies Islam as Satan’s chosen religion that he will use to set the scene for the rise of his man, the Middle East right now with the so-called Arab Spring which will result in anything but democracy.

There has never been a more Antichristian religion in the history of the world.

Consider it is the teaching of fundamental Islam that Muslims should kill the infidels wherever they find them. There’s no dispute that Islam actively seeks to kill Jews and Christians, but that command also includes atheists and people of all other faiths.

Consider there’s an Islamic mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Consider that on the inside of the mosque it reads “There is no god but Allah and he has no son”. There’s a territory war going on between Satan and God and even though Satan knows how it will end for him, that hasn’t stopped him from trying to usurp God’s throne. That is why his efforts are all the more rapid and urgent and also why the results of his efforts – the flourishing of Islam – seem so unreasonable to the rational person.

Consider every nation listed in the Bible that Christ does battle with and defeats upon His return is currently an Islamic nation. You can find them all in the Old Testament.

Consider Daniel 12:4 says his prophesy concerning the identity of the last beast kingdom will only be unsealed, or understood, at the proper time – the time of the end. People will be searching the pages of his book to find the answers. It’s happening now and the conclusions point to a revived Islamic Caliphate in the Middle East.

Consider our leaders and the non-Muslims continually giving in to Islam and insisting it is a peaceful religion despite all evidence to the contrary are caught up in the deluding influence 0f 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12.

Why do we still continue to look in Europe? It is where it is, where the Bible always said it was, where Biblical action has always taken place since the time of Genesis – the Middle East.

Our descent into fascism, our tyrannical trek toward totalitarianism will only serve as the gateway for an even greater evil to thrive – Islam.

There’s no doubt that the West is seeking to impose a unified global rule. The forces involved don’t even try to hide it anymore. They haven’t for a long time.

An environment has been created where it is no longer necessary to hide what has been the agenda for decades, probably longer. Part of that environment is the stark reality that we citizens no longer have any power or say in what actually happens and so it is no longer necessary to try to hide things.

If you are only looking at the New World Order (or what I believe to be the more appropriate name – the New Western Age) you are only seeing half of the picture, and it’s the less important half.

What’s even more pressing than the West trying to take over the world is Islam. It has the same ambition. However, the West severely underestimates its hatred and that will be the West’s downfall. The West’s totalitarian ideals have opened the door for something even more brutal and has actually been an enabler to Islam’s growth.

Consider our current state of the emasculation of our society through ideals such as tolerance, moral relativism, a non-belief in evil (and God), the idea that no one should ever feel offended and political correctness to name a few.

Imagine those things on one side of the battlefield and the hatred of Islam for anything other than itself on the other. Hmmm. Only one of these can win and it doesn’t look well for us, earthly speaking. You might even say Satan is stripping us bare while he builds the vehicle that will bring about his coming kingdom. I would, and do.

And, as you saw above, it’s happening now.

Where is the Church? A majority of Christians are still looking in Europe for an Atheist Antichrist from Rome. Even those who are not followers of Christ occasionally glance in that direction.

In all fairness, Daniel did say that these realizations about the true nature of the beast would not be known until the time of the end [12:4]. That means that interpretations prior to God’s unsealing of the prophecies in the Book of Daniel cannot be correct. However I also see a general lack of interest in Bible prophecy by Christians and an unwillingness to re-examine the evidence in light of Scripture by many prophecy teachers.

Shame on all of us for not doing our homework in regard to Bible prophecy!

A note on the proposed mosque at Ground Zero.

Islam, in its conquest to conquer the world, strikes the U.S. in New York. Victory is declared around the Islamic world and, soon after, the construction of a mosque is planned at that very site.

Such is the way with Islam.

Once a territory has been considered conquered, one of the first things Muslims do is build a mosque to show dominance.

Did you know that, originally, the mosque being proposed at Ground Zero was to be called the Cordoba Mosque? Do you know why? It’s the very same name of the mosque built by Muslims after the Islamic conquest of Cordoba, Spain beginning in the year 756 AD. The mosque was actually built in 785 AD.

That is what this mosque means to the Islamic world.

Anyone who studies Islamic history knows there can be no mistaking Islam’s intention here in our own country.

High Ranking DOJ Official Refuses to Affirm 1st Amendment Rights

09.04.2012

This is Congressman Trent Franks asking a straightforward question about 1st Amendment rights to Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez.

Perez is an advocate of a legal declaration that US citizens not be allowed to criticize Islam.

The protection afforded to Islam in our country and around the world is simply unexplainable apart from Bible prophecy which declares a revived Islamic Caliphate in the Middle East and the rise of an Islamic Antichrist.

When are you going to get serious about Christ?
