The Muslim Brotherhood has a new candidate in the Egyptian Presidential race, Muhammad Mursi. Mursi is calling for a revived Islamic Caliphate with Jerusalem as its capital.
Here are the “excerpts from an address made by Egyptian cleric Safwat Higazi at a rally in which he launched the presidential elections campaign for candidate Muslim Brotherhood candidate Muhammad Mursi.” The transcript was translated into English by MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute).
Why is this important? In Daniel 11, the geographic area of the king of the south is identified from history as the Ptolemic Empire. Today it would encompass Egypt. Daniel says, at the time of the end, after the Antichrist makes his appearance, the king of the south will once again war with the king of the north [11:40]. The geographic area of this north kingdom is identified from history as the Seleucid Empire. Today, it would encompass Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Turkey and a few other countries.
These empires take their names from 2 of the 4 generals who divided up the Greek Empire upon the death of Alexander the Great – Seleucus and Ptolemy.
“After this I kept looking, and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.
[Daniel 7:6 NASB]Then the male goat [Greece] magnified himself exceedingly. But as soon as he was mighty, the large horn [Alexander] was broken; and in its place there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.
[Daniel 8:8 NASB]
Daniel 11, switching from a near to a far fulfillment of prophecy around verses 31 – 40, goes on to name the coming Antichrist as king of this north kingdom [11:40].
Now, if you’ve been following this ministry or paying attention to the news, you’ll know that most of the Middle East is looking to Turkey to revive the Islamic Caliphate. Though the MSM won’t report on it, news about it is not hard to find.
Turkey is the area to watch and students of Bible Prophecy are beginning to catch on. The Lord is shaking up the Middle East into the kingdoms of the north and the south with the so-called Arab Spring. Eyes are being turned away from a revived Roman Empire to a revived Islamic Caliphate, the true, 7th Biblical world kingdom; an idea that Scripture supports leaving little to no room for speculation and scriptural shape-shifting as does the popular Roman Empire, European Antichrist, NWO interpretation of end-time events.
If you remain unconvinced or you are new to the idea of an Islamic Antichrist, you are encouraged to start here:
Read about Bible Prophecy being fulfilled in an excellent article by Joel Richardson. This is the next prophetic event we should be watching for.
>> Obama Administration Supports Turkish Caliphate
Actually, we are witnessing a prophetic event right now with the so-called Arab Spring. God is shaking up the Middle East for the formation of the Antichrist’s kingdom.
Daniel 11 gives us the geographic location of the Antichrist’s rise to power. The kingdom to be revived is an Islamic Caliphate, not Rome. The man from this area who rises to power and makes peace between Israel and the Middle Eastern gentiles will be the one to watch as the candidate for the biblical Antichrist.

Greetings from the Lord's followers in Babylon. They are God's chosen ones. Mark, who is like a son to me, sends his greetings too. ~ 1 Peter 5:13, CEV
The apostle Peter was in prison in Rome when he wrote the above verse. The King James’ translation of this same verse is: “The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Marcus my son.” This particular verse is used when many end times’ prophecy scholars want to prove that

There are many timelines in Scripture concerning the last days. The Olivet Discourse is one of them and, I believe, the most important. It is a record of Jesus’ own words on the matter. It is a sequential timeline of events given in response to His
disciples’ questions of when future things would take place. His disciples asked Him when and He gave them the timeline.
I’ve taken the Olivet Discourse from the three Gospels it appears in and also another reference to the same events from Luke 17 and meticulously (I hope) meshed them together as a study guide to get a complete timeline of the things Christ taught to His disciples. The verses in parentheses have no bearing on the timeline but I left them in in order to get a complete picture of the passage.
I’ve also included my own observations and a couple of questions at the end about some of these things as well. Since it is always my desire to get you thinking about God’s Word, I would suggest you tackle the questions before reading my observations to give the Spirit a chance to speak to you. Scripture quoted is from the NASB.
Beautiful day, friends, and thank you for taking the time to visit my ministry.
It is with passionate joy that I let you know I have just finished improving upon my initial, foundational research which was part of my original motivation for creating this ministry. These foundational 6 articles are available for you to revisit or review. I have included the links below.
P2ALM is the culmination of a few years of research that started with a particular challenge set forth in an article by an ex-Muslim who is now a Christian, Walid Shoebat. His challenge was this: can you name any nations in Scripture that the Lord does battle with upon His Return that are not currently Muslim nations? I was intrigued by this and so it began.
When it comes to God’s Word, I’m not interested in anything that isn’t true. I have placed myself in a position to be a source of truth for people and I want you to know that I did it through prayer, study, counsel and patience. Since 2008, there have been a great many books and resources I’ve wanted to read about the subject that I’ve been putting off only until the last 3 months in order to prayerfully see if God would bring me to the same conclusions in Scripture before I went around telling people something that might not be correct. I want you to know these things because it’s my way of showing you I have no selfish motives and that I truly appreciate your reader support.

I was messing around on YouTube yesterday when I came across a video entitled “Turkey’s Final Warning to Israel” with some very interesting dialogue below it.
(Video has since been removed from YouTube)
Here’s a screenshot of the comments following the video. Please read them in their entirety and then I will define some of the terms they’re using. If you click on the image below, you will be able to read the comments in larger print.
I’m guessing these comments were made by Middle Eastern gentiles based upon their content and their hatred for Israel. A gentile is simply someone who is not Jewish. In fact, I can say with certainty they are Muslims because of the content of their conversation. I’d like to define some of the terms they’re using. This will be a real eye opener.
Did you know that Islamic end-time prophecy is the polar opposite of Biblical end-time prophecy?
Gog and Magog is from the Book of Ezekiel. Gog is another name for the biblical Antichrist and Magog is the area he will come from [Ezekiel 38]. In these comments Israel is being named as Gog and Magog. We know from the Bible that Magog is in Turkey.
The Imam Mahdi, the 12th Imam, is Islam’s awaited messiah. Muslims believe he will come to help them defeat the Christians and the Jews at the time of the end. He will rule the entire world. The Imam Mahdi is the biblical Antichrist.
Eissa, or Isa, is Islam’s Jesus figure. They do believe Jesus was a great prophet but they do not believe He was the Son of God or Savior of the world. Isa, the Muslim Jesus, will deny he ever said he was God and join together with the Imam Mahdi. He will teach people about Islam and eventually direct people to worship the Mahdi. He is obviously not the real Jesus. Isa is the biblical False Prophet.
The Dajjal is Islam’s Antichrist figure. Yes, they have one too. According to Islam, the Dajjal will return and claim to be Jesus Christ. He’ll claim to be divine and He’ll fight for Israel. The Dajjal is actually our biblical Jesus Christ who returns as the Messiah.
Here on this page, when these commenters are talking about the Dajjali system or the Armies of the Dajjal, they are talking about the American and European Militaries now deployed in the Middle East.
A revived Ottoman Empire. It is fitting that the comments on this page end with a call to renew the Ottoman Empire. Revelation 17:9-11 tells us that there are eight biblical world kingdoms. It is the 7th kingdom that is to be revived, eventually becoming the 8th when the Antichrist steps up to take control [Daniel 7:7-8, 23-24]. The Roman Empire was the 6th kingdom. No one ever thinks to ask what the 7th kingdom was. History tells us this 7th kingdom was the Ottoman Empire.
Rome moved its capital to Constantinople, Turkey, shortly after A.D. 395. About a thousand years later, in A.D. 1453, the Ottoman Empire directly succeeded the Roman Empire. This Turkish Empire was an Islamic Caliphate which existed until 1923 when it was disbanded. When the Imam Mahdi appears, he will re-establish, or revive, the Islamic Caliphate. That is what Muslims are waiting for. A quick internet search will reveal that Turkey is indeed leading the way for a revived Islamic Caliphate.
The point here is not that Islamic prophecy is inspired (or at least not inspired by God) but that a billion or so Muslims are waiting for the return of the biblical Antichrist so they can line up behind him and give him their allegiance. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the dictator of Iran, has expressed his hope in the arrival of the Imam Mahdi several times. Here’s a portion of an interview with NBC.
He even talks about Jesus Christ returning with the Mahdi. And notice he is quick to correct the interviewer when she uses the word apocalypse in association with the Mahdi. We see the interviewer practicing real islamophobia as a result.
Prophecy teachers please wake up! The Middle Eastern gentiles are the Antichrist’s soil. That is his kingdom and it is being reformed right now with the so-called Arab Spring. Islam is Satan’s religion of choice which will carry out the future persecution of Jews and Christians during the tribulation. It is migrating to every country of the world and even given preferential treatment by our leaders. Please stop looking in Europe!
All of the action in the Bible has always taken place in the Middle East. Just as God’s chosen people are the Jews, Satan’s chosen people are the Middle Eastern gentiles. Just as Jesus came through the Jews, the Antichrist will come through the Middle Eastern gentiles. This conflict has been highlighted throughout the Bible starting in the Book of Genesis and continues to this day.

A proper explanation of Daniel 9:26 actually points away from a revived Roman Empire – this is where the idea of a revived Roman Empire came from but it is an incomplete interpretation

Isaiah 21 Reveals the Geographic Location of the Antichrist’s Kingdom – Where is the wilderness of the sea?
Revelation 13:2 Reveals the Geographic Location of the Kingdom of the Antichrist – The beast like a leopard, a bear and a lion is more than just animal imagery
If you’ve frequented this site enough, you know that I do not believe Scripture teaches a revived Roman Empire.
In a previous article, I took you through a quick tour of the six Biblical world empires and challenged you to identify the 7th in order to determine the geographic location of the final beast empire. In this article, I offer you another Scriptural clue to consider – John’s description of the final beast empire in Revelation 13:2. More than just a word picture, this helps us to determine the geographic location of the Antichrist’s empire.
And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like those of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority.
[Revelation 13:2 NASB]
This final beast empire that John is describing is the same as Daniel’s 4th beast empire [Daniel 7:7]. We can decode the animal imagery in Revelation 13:2 to find the geographic location of this final empire by cross-referencing this passage with the one in the Book of Daniel.
Daniel 7:3-6 NASB “And four great beasts were coming up from the sea, different from one another. [4] “The first was like a lion and had the wings of an eagle. I kept looking until its wings were plucked, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man; a human mind also was given to it. [5] “And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth; and thus they said to it, ‘Arise, devour much meat!’ [6] “After this I kept looking, and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had on its back four wings of a bird; the beast also had four heads, and dominion was given to it.
The empire like a lion is Babylon. The empire like a bear is Medo-Persia and the empire like a leopard is Greece. Why is this important? It’s important because John describes the final beast empire as being like these three… and Rome is not among them.
All of these kingdoms directly ruled over the Jewish people in the Middle East and we can expect the Antichrist’s Kingdom to do the same. Here’s a helpful map of the area John is describing with the modern-day names of the nations. According to Revelation 13:2, this is the area of the Antichrist’s kingdom:
Rome is not the revived kingdom. The only mention of Rome in biblical prophecy is in Revelation 17:10 as the kingdom that’s in power at the time of John’s writing. Remember, the passage titles that name Daniel’s 4th beast empire as Rome are uninspired and, I believe, based on an interpretation of Daniel 9:26 that is not historically accurate.

I’ve just finished reading the Mideast Beast and I strongly recommend that you read this book and get the DVDs. I believe it is the responsibility of every Christian to know the truth about the times we are in so we may better serve those around us by getting strong in the Word and sharing Christ with them. The most challenging days of the Church are only just ahead.
It has been my experience over the past few years of studying these things that once your eyes are opened, you will wonder how you thought anything other and you will realize that the answer has been there all along for us to discover. What is so refreshing is that these things fit Scripture exactly and there is no speculation involved. At the conclusion of the book you will be satisfied and left with answered questions rather than an imaginative tapestry of sensational scenarios.
The author properly identifies the Antichrist’s kingdom by showing that Scripture does not prophesy a renewed Roman Empire but a revived Islamic Caliphate and, in doing so, shows us exactly where we are on the timeline of the last days. He also effectively dismantles other false, end-time doctrines and shares extremely valuable insights and techniques on witnessing to Muslims. Joel Richardson’s biblical origin and definition of Islam is scripturally on the mark and it is something every Christian needs to be aware of in order to better reach Muslims with the salvation of Jesus Christ.
Quite simply, I’m amazed!
